I'm so grateful to finally release my new album, Into the Light! This project has been years in the making. So much love and deep introspection has gone into the writing and recording process.

This album is for anyone on a healing journey and is based on my own personal experience of overcoming severe trauma, domestic violence, and bullying. Making this record has been a profound process for me on so many levels, like an onion with layers that continue to get peeled away. My hope is that these songs reach folks who have been through similar experiences -- especially those who struggle with complex trauma, so they will feel less alone in this crazy world and empowered to pursue their own healing transformation.

Music is a lifeline for so many of us, and these songs are my way of sharing insights into the healing process through the power of creative expression.

Since being released early to radio, the album has spent 14 weeks as #1 on the Roots Music Report independent radio charts.
